I recently read an article about how nearly one in three adults in the UK owns a smartphone. This ties neatly into another statistic, that 50% of all internet access is via mobile connections, rather than logging on at a desktop. For that reason, websites that are mobile optimised are vital for companies looking to engage with customers via the web.
We create websites which are compatible for mobile and tablet devices, meaning content is formatted to communicate directly with this expanding market. The snazzy work we recently completed for Heat Recruitment demonstrates this in practice. It included updating their vacancies page so that people can search for jobs directly from their mobile, enabling them to see new jobs as they become available, wherever they are.
Alternatively, using the new ‘iProfileSeeker’ clients can also to browse prospective candidates and create a talent pool, primed for when they are ready to recruit.
