Beaver Solutions has recently installed two new screens at the Royal Institute of British Architects. The purpose is to provide up-to-date information on the available rooms within the RIBA building.

The RIBA provides an excellent central London venue for conferences, meeetings, weddings, dinners and receptions. The screens are kept up-to-date by linking with an existing CSV file from the RIBA, so that visitors and staff have an easy way to see the status of all the rooms.
